A house for corporate events, not a party house

The house can host events, including weddings, meetings and company outings. There are spacious dining tables both indoors and by the pool, so it can handle group meals for a large number of people.

The rule to read before booking is that parties, bands and stages are not allowed. The house does not accept party groups, and if noise leads to a complaint, there is a minimum fine of 10,000 baht.

Outdoor noise is allowed until 21.00, after which you can move to the karaoke in the living room.

A 17.25-meter pool with a kids' corner

The Pirom pool is 17.25 meters long and 7.0 meters wide, with a water depth of 1.40 meters. Within that length is a 3.5-meter kids' pool, so adults can swim while little ones play in their own zone.

There is no charcoal or ice service, so guests please bring their own. Within walking distance of the house are Mahachon Market, about 217 meters away, and the 7-Eleven Mahachon Market branch, about 218 meters away, where you can buy more ice during the day.

Bedroom types for all ages

Most bedrooms have one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, while rooms 3, 8, 9 and 10 have two 3-foot beds, suitable for colleagues who don't share a bed. Room 6 has a 6-foot bed and a 5-foot bed, and room 14 has a 5-foot bed and a 3-foot bed.

Bedroom 7 has one 6-foot bed, though the house information doesn't mention an en-suite bathroom, and the house has no room 13. Every bedroom has a hair dryer, along with a water heater, shampoo and soap.

The house opens 8 bedrooms as standard and can add rooms up to 14; ask the team about the cost of extra rooms.

Kitchen, parking and pets

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a kettle, glasses, plates, bowls, pots, knives, cutting boards, spatulas, trays, a rice cooker, a gas stove, a microwave and cutlery. There is on-site parking for about 10–15 cars.

Pets are welcome. Please bring their bedding and pee pads, and keep them off beds and sofas. Small pets (up to 15 kg) are 500 baht per pet per night and large pets (over 15 kg) 1,000 baht per pet per night.
