Sea views from the bedrooms and the rooftop
The house sits right on the sea at Krathing Lai Beach. Head up to the rooftop and you'll find a sea viewpoint, a spot to catch the breeze or take group photos. Jae Juk Seafood branch 3 is about 163 meters away.
The chlorine pool is 4 meters wide, 11 meters long and 1.5 meters deep. The house provides a free raft float, kids' swim rings with life jackets, 2 children's life jackets and 1 adult life jacket.
Bedrooms that make rooming easy
Downstairs, Bedroom 1 has a 6-foot bed, a sea view and an en-suite bathroom, sleeping 2, and Bedroom 2 has two 5-foot beds and a sea view, uses a shared bathroom and sleeps 4.
Upstairs, Bedroom 3 has a 6-foot bed, a sea view, is next to the pool and has an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a 6-foot bed and a sea view, and Bedroom 5 has two 5-foot beds. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a bathroom.
Long nights of karaoke, and a housekeeper to look after you
The house says loud noise is allowed outdoors all night, so the YouTube karaoke can keep going for hours. The house has TVs in 3 rooms in total (1 smart TV and 2 LED TVs), 5 hair dryers and water heaters.
Ice, charcoal and other items can be ordered 24 hours a day. The housekeeper takes care of garbage, cleaning and changing all the linens. Guests have to wash the dishes themselves, but if that's inconvenient you can hire the housekeeper.
A kitchen and a barbecue grill by the sea
The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, bowls, glasses, a microwave, a kettle, a mortar and pestle and a 50-liter ice bucket. A barbecue grill is set up and ready for dinner.
Charcoal: 3 bags for 100 baht; ice: 50 baht per bag; dishwashing: 500–1,500 baht depending on the amount.

- For stays of more than 1 night, you can ask the housekeeper to clean as needed, but no later than 14:00
- Small and medium-sized pets weighing up to 7 kg are accepted at 500 baht each
- Pets are strictly not allowed in the pool. Guests must take care of shedding fur, odors and bite marks, and are responsible for any damage to the house in all cases.
