A house designed with young children in mind from the start

The house has play equipment for the little ones to run around on, and kids' life jackets for when they get in the water. The pool measures 4 × 8 meters and is 1.2 meters deep, sloping to 1.5 meters, so parents should have children wear life jackets every time they get in.

Up to 3 children aged 9 or under stay free when sleeping with their parents, making it easier for multi-generation families bringing grandchildren to arrange everyone.

Rooms arranged for both friends and families

Bedroom 1 has 4 single 3.5-foot beds and a bathroom, ideal for friends or teenagers who want to share a room but have their own beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two 6-foot beds and a bathroom.

Bedroom 4 has one 6-foot bed and no bathroom in the room, so whoever sleeps there uses the separate bathroom next to the hall instead.

A kitchen for cooking your own meals

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a stove and an ice bucket, so you can cook a big meal or blend cold drinks to enjoy by the pool.

Plenty of parking and shops around the house

There is parking for 5–6 cars inside the property and 4–5 more outside, so groups driving several cars don't have to park far away.

Around the house there is a 7-Eleven about 190 meters away, Chaiyaphruek Medical Clinic and Thai Foods Fresh Market at Chaiyaphruek Market 2 about 210 meters away, Sea Space Pattaya about 250 meters away and the PTT gas station at the Jomtien Beach intersection about 270 meters away, while the sea is 2.2 km away.
