Fitting everyone into the beds
Bedroom 4 has a 6-foot and a 5-foot bed, 2 beds in all. Bedroom 3 has two 5-foot beds, and Bedrooms 2, 5 and 6 have one 6-foot bed each. These five rooms have en-suite bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 has one 5-foot bed and no en-suite bathroom. In total the house has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 8 beds, sleeping 16 guests.
Extra guests and young children
For groups of more than 16, extra guests are given a mattress, pillow and blanket, so there's no need to bring your own bedding.
Up to 3 children under 6 stay free if they sleep with their parents and don't need an extra mattress, which makes rooming easier for families with several young kids.
A 4 × 7 meter pool and a kitchen with two stoves
The 4 × 7 meter pool slopes to a depth of 1.5 meters and has 1 rideable duck float. The kitchen has both a gas stove and an electric stove, a shabu pot, a steamer, a mortar, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a fridge and an ice bucket.
Charcoal is 35 baht per bag (3 bags for 100 baht) and ice is 60 baht per bag (10 kg per bag). The first 50 units of electricity are free, with any excess charged at 7 baht per unit.
Limited parking, so come in as few cars as possible
There is parking for 1 car in front of the house and 2 more on the road outside, so large groups should arrange to come in as few cars as possible. The 7-Eleven on Jomtien Soi 13 is about 91 meters away.
On weekdays you can book 1 night, but Fridays–Saturdays and long holidays require two nights or more. This house does not accept pets.
