Bring your dog or cat along

This house accepts cats and dogs, at 300 baht for small pets and 500 baht for large ones. The swimming pool is 3 × 8 meters (width × length) and 1.5 meters deep, long enough to swim several laps.

The sea is about 6.4 km away, so most of your stay will revolve around the pool and the yard. Noise outside is allowed until 22:00.

Air hockey and freebies at check-in

The house has an air hockey table for head-to-head matches. Supplies provided are soap, shampoo, towels and a hair dryer.

The freebies are 1 bag of ice, 1 bag of charcoal and 1 pack of drinking water (12 bottles). If you need more ice, you can order it until 18:00.

A bedroom with a bunk bed

The room the kids will probably fight over is Bedroom 1, which besides a 5-foot bed also has a 3.5-foot bunk bed (2 tiers) and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a single 5-foot bed and also has an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3 has two 5-foot beds (no en-suite bathroom). Whoever sleeps here uses another of the house's bathrooms; there are 3 bathrooms in total.

A mookata kitchen, parking and booking rules

The kitchen's highlight is the shabu-mookata grill, so you can get cooking without bringing your own grill. The rest are basics like pots, pans, a rice cooker, a steamer, a mortar, a microwave, a toaster, and plates and bowls. The ice bucket holds 36 liters.

There's parking for 2 cars outside the house. If you have more cars than that, please let the house know and they'll help find parking.

The house's conditions are that switching to a different house is not allowed and bookings cannot be cancelled in any case. No matter what percentage of the deposit you've transferred, it cannot be cancelled or refunded in any case. To reschedule, you must give at least 14 days' notice, and there's a rescheduling fee of 1,000 baht per day.

The standard security deposit is 5,000 baht, which can be negotiated with the house down to 3,000 baht.
