An adult pool, a kids' pool and a slide on a schedule

The house's pool is 4 meters wide and 15 meters long, split into an adult pool 1.30 meters deep and a kids' pool 0.60 meters deep. The pool connects to the house next door, for a combined length of 30 meters across both houses. The backyard and pool are separated by a stainless steel fence; if you rent both houses, the hosts will remove the fence.

The water slide runs on a schedule, 8.00–11.00 and 17.00–21.00, so plan for the kids to play in the morning and evening. A rule parents need to know: children may not swim alone without a parent or guardian watching.

The house asks you to rinse off thoroughly before getting in the pool, and drinking glasses and glass bottles are not allowed in the pool. If glass breaks in the pool, you are responsible for the pool cleaning cost.

Toys for kids and adults alike

Kids have a toy corner of their own, while adults have a pool table that converts into an air hockey table and a ping-pong table, so the whole house can take turns.

The living room has 1 Smart TV, 65 inches, with Netflix, plus a Party Box speaker and microphones for singing. Noise is allowed until 22:00, and there's Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Seven bedrooms across four levels

Floor 3 has Bedroom 1 with one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and Bedroom 2 with two 3.5-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom. Floor 2 has Bedrooms 3 and 4, each with two 5-foot beds.

Floor 1 has Bedroom 5 with two 5-foot beds and Bedroom 6 with two 3.5-foot beds, and the mezzanine is Bedroom 7 with two 3.5-foot beds. There's 1 more bathroom by the guest lounge. Every room has air conditioning and a water heater.

For extra guests, up to 4 more people can be added, sleeping on beds in Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4, and the extra guest fee must be paid together with the deposit. The house provides mattresses and bedding as listed in the house details; if you're worried there won't be enough, you can bring your own.

A kitchen that thinks of the kids too

The kitchen has an electric stove, a toaster, a microwave, an electric kettle, a rice cooker and a BBQ grill. There are plates and bowls for both adults and kids, and the house provides 24 bottles of 550 ml drinking water.

Kitchen equipment is free to use. Please wash everything after use; if that's inconvenient, a 1,500 baht service fee applies.
