Walk to the beach, with essentials close by

Maloon's highlight is being just 100 m from the sea, with the Jomtien Beach umbrellas and loungers about 300 meters away. Anyone who wants a swim in the sea in the morning and an afternoon back at the house pool can do so easily.

Essentials are close at hand: 7-Eleven is about 40 meters away, an ATM about 100 meters, and Lung Pong Seafood restaurant about 130 meters, so if you forget something you can walk over to buy it without driving.

A 6 × 7 meter pool, 1.80 meters deep

The swimming pool is 6 meters wide, 7 meters long and 1.80 meters deep. The house hasn't said whether there's a separate kids' pool, so guests with young children or weaker swimmers should keep a close eye on them.

Outdoor noise is allowed until 23:00; after that you can carry on inside the house all night with the doors closed, so groups who want to keep chatting or listening to music can move indoors once they're done by the pool.

Eight bedrooms over three floors

The 1st floor has bedroom 1 (two 3.5-foot beds), bedroom 2 (one 5-foot bed, with an en-suite bathroom) and bedroom 3 (one 5-foot bed). The 2nd floor has bedroom 4 (two 6-foot beds), bedroom 5 (one 5-foot bed) and bedroom 6 (one 6-foot bed, with an en-suite bathroom).

The 3rd floor has bedrooms 7 and 8, each with one 5-foot bed and both with en-suite bathrooms. The 1st and 2nd floors each have 1 shared bathroom. Groups with older guests may want to put them in the rooms listed as having en-suite bathrooms.

The house has free Wi-Fi, towels, a hair dryer, an LED TV with cable TV, and a TV in every room. As for the kitchen, the house says it's fully equipped.

Parking, and the matter of dogs

The house has no parking area of its own, but you can park in the Natural Park Hotel car park. Check with the team about the number of cars before setting off.

Regarding pets, the house has written that dogs are not allowed on the property, and that if you plan to bring a dog you must notify them before your stay; otherwise there's a 5,000 baht fine. Anyone thinking of bringing a dog should get a clear answer before booking.
