A wide pool with life jackets in two sizes

The swimming pool is 4 × 7 meters (width × length) and 1.5 meters deep, with 2 kids' life jackets and 2 adult ones, so weaker swimmers can get in with more peace of mind.

Loud noise outside is allowed until no later than 23:00, after which you can carry on indoors with no time limit.

Bedrooms and parking for a big group

Bedroom 1 has two 5-foot beds with an en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom, and Bedroom 3 has one 5-foot bed with no en-suite bathroom. The house has 3 bathrooms in total. 2 children aged 7 stay free.

There's parking for 2 cars inside the property and 5 outside. The house says the kitchen is fully equipped.

House rules to know

Please wash the kitchen equipment before checking out; if that's inconvenient, there's a service charge starting at 500 baht. No smoking inside the house, with a 1,000 baht fine for violations, and no moving the furniture, with a 500 baht fine for violations.

The security deposit is returned on check-out day after the house has checked everything is in order.

Bookings cannot be cancelled in any case. If you want to change your stay dates, please give 7 days' notice.

About pets

The house rules have a section on pets stating that you should bring your pet's own bedding, as the property doesn't provide any. Any damage will be fined at the actual cost of the item, and pets are not allowed in the pool, on the beds or on the sofas. Those wanting to bring a pet should ask the team before booking.
