Slide down from the rooftop, then keep swimming in the main pool

The spot where kids and adults will line up is the slide from the second-floor rooftop, about 8 meters long, while the main pool measures 6 × 5 meters and is 1.5 meters deep.

The kids' pool is set apart, measuring 2 × 5 meters and 30 centimeters deep, and the second-floor rooftop also has one regular bathtub. Children under 8 stay free, up to 2 children.

Four bedrooms, bunk beds in two rooms

Bedroom 1 has 1 bed (6 ft) and 1 bed (3.5 ft). Bedroom 2 has 1 bunk bed with a 4-foot upper bunk and a 5-foot lower bunk. Bedroom 3 has 1 bunk bed (3.5 ft) and 1 bed (5 ft), and bedroom 4 has 2 beds (5 ft).

Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and there is 1 more separate bathroom in the bar area.

Arcade machine, kitchen and barbecue freebies

The house has an arcade machine to play during breaks from the pool, and noise is allowed both outdoors and indoors all night. Bathroom amenities include shampoo, shower gel and towels.

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a chopping board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave, a toaster, a fridge, a steamer, an ice bucket, a steaming pot and a wine bottle opener. The house provides 2 free bags of charcoal and 1 bucket of ice. If that's not enough, extra ice can be bought at 90 baht per sack (fills 1 bucket of 50 liters), and charcoal at 30 baht per bag.

Attractions around Cha-am within driving distance

The owners list these distances: North Cha-am Beach 3 km (5 minutes), Saphan Pla Puchak, a place to buy fresh seafood, 3 km (5 minutes), the Khok Setthi Dvaravati archaeological site 3.5 km (6 minutes), and Khao Nang Phanthurat Forest Park 5 km (7 minutes).

A little farther out are Malai Farm 7 km (10 minutes), Wat Tham Jaeng 7 km (10 minutes) and Camel Republic 9 km (12 minutes). The house has parking for 1 car on the property and 4 cars outside.

Bringing your pets

The house accepts both dogs and cats at 500 baht per pet/night, small breeds only, and pets are not allowed to sleep on the beds or sofas.
