Five bedrooms, and bathrooms worth knowing about before dividing rooms

Bedroom 4 has one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, and Bedroom 5 has two 3.5-foot bunk beds and one 5-foot bed, with an en-suite bathroom. Kids usually love bunk beds like these.

Besides the en-suite bathrooms in rooms 4 and 5, the house also has 1 outdoor bathroom and 1 poolside bathroom. Every room has a water heater. The house provides garbage bags, but please bring your own towels and toiletries.

A pool with a slide, and life jackets for kids

The pool is 3.5 × 7 meters and 1.5 meters deep, with a 5-meter slide to whoosh down into the water. The house has 4 children's life jackets and 2 adult life jackets.

Children aged 8 and under stay free (2 children), and pets are welcome at 300 baht per pet.

Living room, karaoke and a barbecue dinner

There is 1 Smart TV in the living room and 1 in the master bedroom, along with YouTube karaoke, and indoor noise is allowed all night.

The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a steamer, an ice bucket, a grill and a shabu pot. Please bring your own seasonings. On arrival you get 1 bag of charcoal and 1 bucket of ice; if that's not enough you can buy more, with ice at 50 baht per bag and charcoal at 20 baht.

If the house is left dirty, an extra cleaning fee of 500 baht is charged, and if the dishes are not washed, an extra dishwashing fee of 500 baht is charged.

What's around the house

The Cha-am Municipal Fresh Market is about 3 minutes away, Wat Tham Chaeng (Pu Phaya Nak) about 5 minutes, and the Pu Chak iron bridge (a seafood spot) about 10 minutes.

At the mouth of the lane there is a convenience store with delivery, a mookata restaurant and made-to-order food, and several vendor trucks pass in front of the house. There is parking for 2 cars inside the property and 5 cars outside.
