Ten bedrooms, every couple gets its own room

There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and another 6 downstairs, each with the same single 6-foot bed, so groups coming as couples get a room for every couple without sharing with friends.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 on the second floor share a bathroom, the remaining bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and every bedroom has its own 32-inch TV.

A saltwater pool with a 12 meter slide

The saltwater pool is 6 × 12 meters and 1.10 meters deep, with a 12 meter long slide. The house is in the Cha-am Beach area, 2.5 km from the sea, so most of the trip is spent around this pool.

Swimmers must wear swimwear or clothing that won't run color, and large speakers may not be carried out to play by the pool. If you want to keep singing late, sound is allowed inside the house 24 hours a day with the doors tightly shut.

Kitchen, freebies and parking for 15 cars

The kitchen has 2 size-34 pots, a pan, a steamer, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a rice cooker, a blender, an electric kettle and a 2-burner gas stove. The house gives 2 packs of drinking water and 3 bags of charcoal to get the first meal going.

There's parking for 15 cars inside the property. Pets can stay at 500 baht per pet per night, no more than 2 pets, and if you'd rather not wash up yourselves, there's a cleaning-up service at 900 baht per time.

If there are more guests than booked, the house reserves the right to charge a fine of 600 baht per person

On check-in day, a security deposit is collected along with 1 ID card · The deposit is returned by 15:00 on check-out day if there is no damage in the house and all equipment is in its original condition · Guests are responsible for the actual cost of lost or damaged items
Early check-in is charged at 1,000 baht per hour (if there were no guests the day before) · Checking out later than the set time is not allowed; overtime is charged at 1,000 baht per hour · Overtime is tolerated only when no guests are staying next, and for no more than 1–2 hours
The property cannot be held responsible for power outages or water supply failures caused by natural disasters or external government systems beyond the property's control
If you cancel the booking, the full deposit will be forfeited · Once payment is made, the house reserves the right not to allow cancellations or refunds · Booking payments are non-refundable in all cases · Changes to your stay dates are allowed with at least 30 days' notice
Since COVID-19 has been declared an endemic disease, for short-notice postponements, if more than 50% of the guests have COVID, the house will allow postponement, provided there are test results and ID cards for every guest · If the ID cards on check-in day don't match those submitted with the test results, the house reserves the right to refuse the stay
If fewer than 50% of the guests are infected, postponement is not possible, but it is allowed if replacement guests can be found, and the house will do its best to help advertise · If no replacement guests can be found, only those who are not infected may stay (if infected people secretly stay, it puts their fellow travelers at risk)
The house asks for your understanding that short-notice postponements cannot be allowed, as the house loses the chance to sell the dates locked in by the booking and has fixed expenses to pay every month
