Good to know before you stay

• The pet information for this house is contradictory: the notes say the house does not accept pets under any circumstances, but the pet details say pets can stay at 500 baht per pet per night, no more than 2 pets per stay. Please check with our team before bringing a pet.
• If you bring a dog or cat, please bring its bed and toilet · Pets are strictly not allowed on the beds or in the pool · Damage caused by pets is charged at actual cost · Pets in the pool are fined 10,000 baht
• 4 children aged 6 and under stay free (sleeping with parents)
• No loud noise outside after 23:00; after that, please keep doors and windows tightly shut · Sound is allowed inside the house 24 hours a day, provided the doors are kept tightly shut
• Bringing sound systems or large speakers out of the house to play by the pool is strictly prohibited
• Bringing any kind of illegal drugs onto the property is strictly prohibited. If found or violated, the house will ask you to leave immediately without negotiation, and you will receive no refund
• No smoking inside the house; violations are fined 5,000 baht · Swimmers must wear swimwear or clothing that won't run color only; violations are fined 1,000 baht per person
• If there are more guests than booked, the house reserves the right to charge a fine of 600 baht per person
• On check-in day, a security deposit is collected along with 1 ID card · The deposit is returned by 15:00 on check-out day if there is no damage in the house and all equipment is in its original condition · Guests are responsible for the actual cost of lost or damaged items
• Early check-in is charged at 1,000 baht per hour (if there were no guests the day before) · Checking out later than the set time is not allowed; overtime is charged at 1,000 baht per hour · Overtime is tolerated only when no guests are staying next, and for no more than 1–2 hours
• The property cannot be held responsible for power outages or water supply failures caused by natural disasters or external government systems beyond the property's control
• If you cancel the booking, the full deposit will be forfeited · Once payment is made, the house reserves the right not to allow cancellations or refunds · Booking payments are non-refundable in all cases · Changes to your stay dates are allowed with at least 30 days' notice
• Since COVID-19 has been declared an endemic disease, for short-notice postponements, if more than 50% of the guests have COVID, the house will allow postponement, provided there are test results and ID cards for every guest · If the ID cards on check-in day don't match those submitted with the test results, the house reserves the right to refuse the stay
• If fewer than 50% of the guests are infected, postponement is not possible, but it is allowed if replacement guests can be found, and the house will do its best to help advertise · If no replacement guests can be found, only those who are not infected may stay (if infected people secretly stay, it puts their fellow travelers at risk)
• The house asks for your understanding that short-notice postponements cannot be allowed, as the house loses the chance to sell the dates locked in by the booking and has fixed expenses to pay every month
• After cooking or eating, please dispose of food scraps in the containers or bags provided to prevent ants and insects
