Bedrooms 1 to 6 each have 1 double bed and an en-suite bathroom, so it's easy to give couples or pairs of friends their own rooms.

Bedroom 7 has 1 double bed and bedroom 8 has 1 single bed; neither room has an en-suite bathroom, so agree beforehand on who sleeps where.

The karaoke at the house is a multifunction system with songs from many countries, so groups with international friends have plenty of songs to choose from.

Outdoor noise is allowed until 23:00, and the owners ask guests to keep the noise down to avoid complaints from the neighbors.

The swimming pool is about 10 meters long and 4 meters wide. The house is 6.5 km from the sea, so this trip is best suited to spending most of your time at the house, and there is parking for 20 cars.
