The 2nd floor has Bedroom 1 with two 6-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom, and Bedroom 2 with one 6-foot bed, sharing Room 1's bathroom, because Rooms 1 and 2 on the 2nd floor are connecting rooms with a shared bathroom, ideal for parents who want to sleep near their kids.

The 3rd floor has Bedrooms 3 and 4, each with one 5-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, and there's 1 more shared bathroom by the living room.

A 3 × 6 meter pool and a barbecue grill

The swimming pool is 3 × 6 meters and 120 cm deep, with 2 life jackets for kids only. 2 children aged 10 or under stay free.

The kitchen has plates, spoons, glasses, a microwave, a refrigerator, a mortar, a toaster, an 80-liter ice bucket, a dining table and a barbecue grill. Please bring your own seasonings. Charcoal can be ordered at 30 baht per bag, ice at 50 baht per bag (8 kilograms) and drinking water at 60 baht per pack, until 17:00.

Sing at home until midnight

The house has a YouTube karaoke system. Noise is allowed outside the house until 22:00 and inside until 00:00. Supplies include 2 hair dryers, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues, trash bags and water heaters.

For stays of more than 3 nights, free cleaning is provided once every 2 days. If you want more, cleaning is 700 baht per time and dishwashing 1,000 baht per time.

Walk to the shops around the house

Airrys restaurant is about 55 meters away, a 7-Eleven (Star Beach Hotel branch) about 140 meters, and ALYZ Pharmacy about 230 meters.

There's parking for 1 car inside the property and 1 in front. There's no bus parking, so groups arriving in several cars should plan ahead.
