Villa Vi Casa is in the Krathing Lai Beach area, just 100 meters from the sea. It's a four-bedroom house sleeping up to 15 guests. Noise is allowed by the pool until 23:00, after which you can move into the indoor karaoke room and keep singing with the doors closed. The house accepts pets of every type and size, and the kitchen has a gas stove, an electric stove and a BBQ grill.

The house is about 100 meters from the sea, a short walk for a stroll along the shore. The pool measures 3.50 × 7.50 meters and is 120 cm deep. Bedrooms 2 and 3 face the pool.

If you run short of anything, the Bangchak gas station is about 250 meters away, Mini Big C at the Bangchak Banglamung station about 280 meters, Ko U Kuay Jab about 350 meters, and Rong Po Market about 970 meters away.

The music doesn't have to stop at 23:00

Noise is allowed by the pool until 23:00. After that, if you're not ready to call it a night, move into the karaoke room inside the house, close the doors, and keep singing.

The house accepts pets of every type and size at 500 baht per pet per night, so even big pets can come along for a beach trip.

Four kinds of bedroom to suit everyone in the group

Bedroom 1 is on the second floor, with a 6-foot bed and two 3.5-foot beds (a bunk bed), plus a private bathroom with a bathtub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 face the pool; each has a 6-foot bed and a 3.5-foot bed, and they share a bathroom.

Bedroom 4 is a small bedroom with one 5-foot bed. It's not by the pool, but it has a private bathroom next to it, and there's 1 more bathroom on the ground floor at the back of the house. Towels are provided for every guest.

A fully equipped kitchen with gas, electric and BBQ

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, cutlery, drinking glasses, beer glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave, a steamer, a kettle, an electric stove, a gas stove, a BBQ grill, a large ice bucket and dishwashing supplies.

The house doesn't provide seasonings, so bring your own. Parking fits 2 cars inside the property and 4 more in front of the house.
