Extra services you can add on

If you don't feel like cooking, there's a cook service to help prepare food and skewer and grill the barbecue, with ingredients sourced for you, for 2,500 baht. The house kitchen has full kitchen equipment, a kitchen counter and a grill.

For getting around, there's a van pickup from the airport for 3,000 baht, an 8-hour van hire for sightseeing in Pattaya for 3,000 baht, and van drop-offs to places in Pattaya at 500 baht per trip. During your stay, a housekeeper is on hand for 8 hours.

Fresh groceries close to the house

For those who want to cook themselves, Thai Foods Fresh Market, Chaiyaphruek Market 2 branch, is about 249 meters away, and 7-Eleven is about 207 meters away.

Behind the house is a pool 4 meters wide, 10 meters long and 1.6 meters deep, with sun loungers by the pool, and loud noise is allowed outdoors all night.

Sundiego A and Sundiego B are next door to each other, while Sundiego C is directly opposite.

Bedrooms, children and pets

Upstairs are bedroom 1, the master room with a bathtub, and bedrooms 2 and 3. Downstairs are bedroom 4 and bedroom 5, which has an added children's bunk bed. Every room has a 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Children aged 10 stay free, up to 5 (sleeping with their parents), and extra guests can be added free of charge, but no extra bedding is provided. Pets stay free; please ask before bringing them.

Parking fits 2 cars inside the property, with unlimited parking outside.
