Inside there is a dedicated YouTube karaoke room with KTV, and loud noise is allowed indoors all night. Outdoors, noise is allowed until 23:00, after which the party can move inside and keep singing.

Three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 1 has one 6 ft bed and one 5 ft bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 6 ft bed plus a 5 ft bunk bed that sleeps 4. Bedroom 3 has one 5 ft bed and one 3.5 ft bed.
Every room has an en-suite bathroom, so there's no morning queue for the bathroom even with a big group.
