This house doesn't provide ice or charcoal, but CJ Express is about 270 m away, a Shell gas station about 310 m, and Tesco Lotus Express 975 Pong, Bang Lamung, Chonburi about 320 m. Stop and buy supplies before arriving or walk over for more during the day.

If you want to go for a walk, Map Prachan Park Pathway is about 1.1 km away. The house is 11 km from the sea, so most of the day is spent at the pool and around the reservoir area.

The pool and slide, and floating equipment

The pool is 4 meters wide and 7 meters long, with a 6 meter slide. There are no life jackets, but there are 3 swim rings, so families with kids who aren't strong swimmers should bring their own life jackets.

Loud sound is allowed outside until 22.30 and inside all night. The hall has 1 smart TV and a YouTube karaoke system.

Three bedrooms, plus a sofa bed in the living room

Bedroom 1 has 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed and a sofa bed, with an en-suite bathroom and a bathtub. Bedroom 2 has 1 king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a bathtub and a dressing table. Bedroom 3 has 1 king-size bed and 1 single bed, with an en-suite bathroom.

The living room has a large sofa bed that converts into a bed for 3 guests. Children aged 3 stay free (sleeping with parents); those over 3 are charged the regular extra guest fee.

Kitchen, parking and conditions before booking

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer and an ice bucket. Please bring your own seasonings, and there's a 500 baht dishwashing fee.

There's parking for 2 cars inside the property and 2 outside, but no bus parking. The house does not accept walk-ins under any circumstances, a deposit must always be paid in advance, video calls are not convenient, and foreign guests are asked to send a copy of their passport to the house.
