World space No.3 is on the Map Prachan Reservoir side, 10.5 km from the sea, making it a house focused on staying in and eating together at home. All eight bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and it sleeps 20–25 guests. The kitchen has both a moo kratha grill and a shabu pot, outdoor noise is allowed until midnight, and there is on-site parking for 10 cars.

Every bedroom has its own bathroom

All 8 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and water heaters. Bedrooms 3, 4, 7 and 8 have one 6-foot bed paired with one 5-foot bed, while bedrooms 1, 2, 5 and 6 have one 6-foot bed. There is also 1 bathroom behind the kitchen and 1 more bathroom in the karaoke room.

Only bedrooms 4, 5, 6 and 8 have TVs; bedrooms 1, 2, 3 and 7 do not. Anyone who wants to watch something before bed should choose their room accordingly. The house provides towels and trash bags but no hair dryer, so bring your own.

Moo kratha and shabu dinners

The kitchen has pots, pans, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave and a grill, and what sets it apart from other houses is that it has both a moo kratha grill and a shabu pot, along with a 60-liter ice bucket. There are no seasonings, so please bring your own.

Ice in bags of roughly 10 kg costs 50 baht per bag, charcoal 30 baht per bag, plus a fuel charge of 50 baht per service round. Orders close at 17.30, so order everything before dinner starts.

Pool, slide and karaoke room

The pool is 4 meters wide, 10 meters long and 1.5 meters deep, with a 5-meter slide that supports up to 100 kilograms, and there are 2 life jackets each for children and adults.

The house has YouTube karaoke. Outdoor noise is allowed until midnight and indoor noise all night, so groups who want a long singing session don't have to wrap up early in the evening.

Spacious parking and shops near the house

There is parking for 10 cars inside the property and another 2–3 outside, but no bus parking, so large groups should come by van or in several private cars.

Near the house are a Shell gas station, about 477 meters away, and the 7-Eleven Chumchon Pong (Khao Mai Kaeo) branch, about 804 meters away, handy for picking up supplies before you arrive.
