Wake up to the sea from the upstairs bedrooms

Bedroom 1 (upstairs, sea view) has two 6-foot beds (4 guests), and Bedroom 2 (upstairs, sea view) has one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed (4 guests). Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs.

Upstairs there are also Bedroom 3 with one 5-foot bed (2 guests) and Bedroom 4 with one 5-foot bed and a 3.5-foot bed (3 guests), while Bedroom 5 is downstairs with one 5-foot bed (2 guests). Every room has an en-suite bathroom and a TV, and there's 1 more shared bathroom downstairs.

A private pool by the sea, and a floating breakfast

The private pool is 3.5 × 7 meters and 1.3 meters deep, with a 2.20 meter Pote spiral slide and 2 kids' life jackets. If you want to float as a group, rubber rafts are available for rent as a set, at 500 baht per set/day.

The Floating Breakfast (a breakfast tray that floats on the water) is suitable for 2–4 guests and costs 1,500 baht; it must be ordered 1 day in advance. The sea's high and low tides are natural and can't be controlled, so be prepared for the beach in front of the house to vary at different times.

Freebies, kitchen and entertainment

On arrival you get 1 sack of ice, 2 bags of charcoal and 6 bottles of drinking water. You can order more from the housekeeper: 10 kg of ice for 100 baht and charcoal at 40 baht per bag; please let them know before 15:00 on check-in day. The kitchen has a gas stove, a microwave, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, a mortar and pestle, a toaster and a barbecue grill.

There's a Smart TV with a YouTube karaoke system (free karaoke) and a standard-size pool table (free), plus 5 hair dryers (every bedroom). No loud noise after 22:00. Poon Sawat shop is about 70 m away and 7-Eleven about 830 m.

Pet rules and check-in/check-out times

The house accepts only 2 small-breed dogs weighing no more than 10 kilograms, at 500 baht per dog/night. Please bring your pet's bed and toilet. Pets are strictly not allowed on the beds or in the pool; pets in the pool are fined 10,000 baht, and damage caused by pets is charged at actual cost.

Check-in before 14:00 or late check-out is charged at 1,000 baht per hour, and is possible only when there were no guests the day before or there are no guests staying the next day.

Extra guests without bedding are 300 baht per person. 2 children aged 7 and under stay free. There's parking for 2 cars inside the property, and many more can park along the beach.
