There's parking for 2 cars inside the property and 3 outside, and buses can park too, so groups of 10–15 who charter a vehicle don't have to park far from the house.

The house is in the Jomtien Beach area, 2.2 km from the sea. Near the house, Khrua Pa Tid is about 70 meters away and 7-Eleven about 310 meters away.

A pool 150–180 cm deep for adults

The pool is 4 × 6 meters with a depth of 150–180 cm, suitable for adults who can swim. Those with children or weaker swimmers should keep a close eye on each other.

Noise is allowed outdoors until 22:00–23:00 and can continue indoors. The house has a YouTube karaoke system so you can keep singing.

Moo kratha and shabu meals

The kitchen has a grill, an electric moo kratha grill and a shabu pot, plus a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, wine glasses and 2 small ice buckets, but no seasonings, so please bring your own.

The house provides 2 bags of charcoal and 2 packs of drinking water free. If that's not enough, ice is 13 baht per bag and charcoal is 25 baht per bag.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed. Bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom, and there is 1 shared bathroom.

There are water heaters in 2 rooms, Smart TVs in 2 rooms (1 in the living room and 1 in a bedroom) and 3 hair dryers. Supplies include towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags.

The cleaning fee is 300–1,000 baht, and for stays of more than 1 night, house cleaning is available as requested, charged on site.
