The undersea room, a shared bedroom beside the pool

Bedroom 7 is the undersea room (poolside room), split into a lower level with five 5-foot beds and a mezzanine with one 5-foot bed. This room has 1 bathroom and suits groups of friends who want to sleep together in one room.

Upstairs are Bedrooms 1–6. Bedroom 1 has a 5-foot bed, a TV, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. For Bedrooms 2–6, the house information does not yet give bed details, so ask the team before dividing up the rooms.

There are also shared bathrooms: 2 men's bathrooms, 3 women's bathrooms and 1 shower room, which helps cut down on queuing when there are lots of people.

A large pool with a built-in kids' pool

The pool is 5 meters wide, 10 meters long and 130 cm deep. Within the pool is a kids' pool measuring 2.50 × 5 meters, with a depth of 70 cm. The house has 2 children's life jackets and 2 adult life jackets.

The house is about 8.5 km from the sea, so days here revolve around the pool, YouTube karaoke and smart TVs in 8 rooms. Noise is allowed both outdoors and indoors 24 hours a day.

A barbecue kitchen for a crowd

The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a steamer, a grill and a mookata grill, plus 1 ice bucket of 130 liters. There are no seasonings, so please bring your own.

Freebies include 48 bottles of drinking water and free charcoal. If the ice isn't enough, the house sells charcoal and ice until 18.00, with ice at 50 baht per bag (10 kg). The dishwashing fee is 500 baht per time, though most guests wash up themselves.

Parking for buses

There is parking for 15–20 regular cars and 4 buses, so groups who charter a vehicle can park on the property without looking for parking outside.
