Three bedrooms and an attic room

Bedroom 1 (3 guests) has one 6-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed, with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 (3 guests) has one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed. Bedroom 3 (4 guests) has two 6-foot beds, faces the swimming pool and has an en-suite bathroom.

The large attic bedroom under the roof measures 5 × 5 meters and sleeps 8 guests on 4 extra 6-foot mattresses. The house has 3 bathrooms in total, 1 of which is off the hall. Supplies include a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags.

Pool, life jackets and the kids

The pool is 6 × 3 meters and 110 cm deep. The house has 4 life jackets in sizes S, M, L and XL. Children aged 9 and under stay free (2 children).

If anyone vomits in the swimming pool, or for any other reason the pool has to be cleaned again, there is a 5,000 baht fine, so poolside parties should be kept well in hand.

Bringing your pets

The house welcomes dogs and cats at 400 baht per pet. Please bring your own pet bedding, and pets are strictly not allowed in the swimming pool.

Kitchen, freebies and extra costs

The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a steamer, a grill, a mookata grill, a shabu pot and wine glasses. Please bring your own seasonings. The ice buckets are 80 liters and 10 liters.

Freebies include 1 sack of ice, 2 bags of charcoal and 1 pack of drinking water. If you need more, ice is 100 baht per sack (20 kilograms), and charcoal and ice can be ordered until 18:00. For anyone driving an electric car, EV battery charging is 300 baht per car per session.

The large hall has a smart TV in 1 room and YouTube karaoke, but noise is not allowed from 23:00 to 06:00. There is parking for 2 cars inside the property and another 10 outside, and buses can park too. Krua Maprao On restaurant is about 670 meters away, and the Taphong fruit market is about 1.4 km away.
