This house accepts up to 3 pets weighing no more than 15 kg, at 300 baht per pet per night, ideal for families who don't want to leave their pets elsewhere.

The pool is 3 × 5 meters and 1.2 meters deep, with 2 adult life jackets and 2 children's life jackets, and 2 children under 12 stay free.

A kitchen for those who like to cook

Kitchen equipment includes pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, a chopping board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a grill and an oven, plus 5 wine glasses and a 15-liter ice bucket.

The house has no seasonings, so please bring your own, and charcoal and ice aren't sold here, so pick some up before you arrive. During your stay, drinking water is available at 10 baht per bottle. If you'd rather not wash the dishes yourself, there's a 500 baht dishwashing fee.

Three bedrooms, one en-suite bathroom

Bedroom 1 has a 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a 5-foot bed with no en-suite bathroom, and bedroom 3 has one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bunk bed with no en-suite bathroom. Both rooms share 1 common bathroom.

There are 2 extra 3.5-foot mattresses, a water heater in every room, and supplies including 2 hair dryers, towels, shampoo, soap and garbage bags.

Living room, noise and parking

The living room has a smart TV and a YouTube karaoke system. Noise is allowed outdoors until 22:00, and indoors also until 22:00; after that, please keep the volume down.

There is parking for 1 car inside the property and 2 in front of the house, and 1 bus can park in front of the house. Stays of more than 3 nights include a cleaning service.

A 7-Eleven is about 400 meters away and the Better Pet animal clinic about 390 meters away, convenient for anyone bringing pets.
