A mineral pool, 1.3 meters deep

The house is opposite Jomtien Beach, 5.5 km from the sea, so your days here revolve mainly around the house pool. The pool uses a mineral water system and is 1.3 meters deep.

For kids or weaker swimmers, the house provides 3 life jackets, and towels are ready along with hair dryers, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags.

Dinner your way: barbecue, moo kata or shabu

This kitchen is set up for big meals, with a barbecue grill, a moo kata grill and a shabu pot, so on the same night you can even split into tables each making a different dish.

Other equipment includes pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, an ice bucket and wine glasses.

Five bedrooms, upstairs and down

The 1st floor has Bedroom 1 with a 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, plus 1 separate bathroom. The 2nd floor has Bedrooms 2, 3 and 5 with 6-foot beds, while Bedroom 4 has four 5-foot beds, great for friends who want to share one room. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

The house has 5 TVs in 5 rooms, water heaters in every room and a washing machine, so on trips with clothes wet from the pool you can do a wash before heading home.

Sing indoors all night

The karaoke runs on YouTube. You can sing outside until 22:00, then move inside, where noise is allowed all night.
