A compact pool with a slide for the kids

The pool is 3 meters wide, 6 meters long and 1.4 meters deep. Beside it is a 2 meter slide that holds up to 100 kg, so kids can slide into the water all afternoon.

The house provides 2 children's life jackets and another 2 for adults, and 2 children under 12 years old can stay free.

A master bedroom with its own Jacuzzi tub

Bedroom 1 has a 6 ft bed paired with a 3.5 ft bunk bed, plus an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, ideal for parents bringing their kids to sleep in the same room.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have one 5 ft bed. Room 3 has an en-suite bathroom, while Room 2 uses the common bathroom, and the house provides 2 extra mattresses.

A living room for karaoke

The living room has 1 Smart TV with YouTube karaoke. You can sing outdoors until 22:00, then move inside and carry on until 24:00.

Amenities provided include a hair dryer, towels, soap, tissue and garbage bags, along with water heaters, but drinking water is not provided, so bring some with you.

Grill your own BBQ by the house; come prepared

The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, wine glasses and a BBQ grill, plus a 50 liter ice bucket for chilling drinks.

The house provides no seasonings, charcoal or ice, so stop to buy them before arriving. If you'd rather not wash the dishes yourself, there is a 500 baht dishwashing fee.

Bring your dog, with parking for several cars

This house accepts dogs weighing up to 15 kg but not cats. If your pet falls ill during the trip, there is a veterinary clinic about 500 meters away.

Parking fits 2 cars inside the property, another 3 in front of the house, and space for 1 bus. A 7-Eleven is about 500 meters away.
