No pool, but the beach is right outside

Be aware up front that this house has no pool. Anyone who wants a private pool should look at another house, but if you want the sea close at hand, Saeng Chan Beach is only about 5 meters from the house.

There are seafood restaurants to choose from around the house, such as Baramee Hoi Restaurant 450 meters away, Krua Lung Ra Seafood 550 meters away and Cher Cher Seafood 1.1 km away. Wat Pak Nam (Samut Khongkharam) is about 950 meters away, and Laem Charoen Beach about 2.6 km.

Bedrooms divided by floor, up to the rooftop

The 2nd-floor bedroom has two 6-foot beds and two 3.5-foot beds, sleeps 6 guests, and comes with 1 bathroom. The 3rd-floor bedroom is arranged the same way, sleeps 6 guests and has 1 bathroom.

The 4th-floor bedroom and rooftop lounge area have one 6-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed (sleeps 3 guests) and share a bathroom with the 3rd floor. Extra beds are picnic mattresses, with pillows and blankets.

Every room has air conditioning. Supplies provided include a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags, and the house prepares towels and drinking water according to the number of guests.

Seafood meals in the house kitchen

Kitchen equipment includes pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a toaster, a 100-liter ice bucket and a grill, plus 1 ice cooler. Please bring your own seasonings.

Complimentary items include 1 set of grilling charcoal. Dishwashing service is 500 baht per time if you don't want to wash up yourself after a big meal.

The 1st-floor living room has 1 smart TV for YouTube karaoke, Netflix and Premier League football. Outdoor noise is allowed until 24:00 and indoor noise until 02:00.
