The Luxe Wave is a three-bedroom pool villa for 10–15 guests, with a 4 × 7 meter pool, a barbecue grill and recreational games in the house. Pets both small and large are welcome. The house is about 7.5 km from the sea, so it suits trips spent mostly at the villa.

Adult pool, no children's pool

The pool is 4 meters wide, 7 meters long and 1.5 meters deep. There is no children's pool, so families with young children should keep an adult watching whenever they are in the water.

Up to 3 children under 7 stay free, and for breaks from swimming there are recreational games to play together in the house.

Three bedrooms for big groups

Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have 2 5 ft beds and an en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 3 has 1 5 ft bed.

The house sleeps 10–15 guests, with towels and hair dryers provided.

A fully equipped kitchen and barbecue grill

The kitchen is fully equipped, the barbecue grill is ready to use, and there is an ice bucket to keep drinks cold.

Ice costs 60 baht per bag and charcoal is 3 bags for 100 baht, so you can plan your barbecue accordingly.

Bringing pets, and parking

This is a Friendly Pet house that welcomes pets. Small pets are 300 baht per night and large pets 500 baht per night.

There is parking for 3 cars in front of the house and about 2 more in front of the project. Noise is allowed until 22:00.
