A wide pool where kids and adults can play together

The house is in the Map Prachan Reservoir area, 11 km from the sea, so most of this trip is spent at the house's pool, which is 6 meters wide and 12 meters long, with a separate shallow zone for the kids and a 5.5-meter slide to whoosh into the water.

Children aged 7 and under stay free, up to 3 kids, making it easy for families bringing several children to plan a trip.

6-foot beds throughout the house

Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 each have one 6-foot bed, and Bedroom 4 has two 6-foot beds. All four rooms have en-suite bathrooms, and there is 1 more shared bathroom.

The house provides towels and free Wi-Fi, the kitchen is fully equipped, and if you need more ice or charcoal you can order it from the house.

Music stays indoors, not beyond the fence

The noise rules here are clear: speakers indoors only, no speakers outside the house, and no loud noise after 22:00. After that you can still play music indoors all night, as long as the doors and windows are properly closed.

Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited in the house. In the event of a search, guests are responsible for themselves and for all consequences to the house.

Wash up before you leave, and the date-change conditions

Before check-out, the house asks you to wash the dishes and kitchenware you used. If that's not convenient, there is a 500–1,000 baht service fee.

Promotional bookings cannot be changed to another house, cancelled or rescheduled, and the deposit is non-refundable in all cases. If you must change your dates, you need to give 2 weeks' notice and pay a 1,500 baht fee.

Parking, pets and shops nearby

About 2–3 cars can park inside, with the rest parking in front of the house. Pets are welcome for a fee of 300–500 baht each.

Mam's Garden Food and Drink is about 388 meters away, Tops Daily about 561 meters, and 7-Eleven about 689 meters, all a short drive for extra supplies.
