Each room feels like a private hotel room

Bedrooms 1 to 8 are all set up the same way, with one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom in every room, making it easy to give each couple or each family its own room.

Every room has a refrigerator, a TV and an electric kettle, so you can keep drinks in your room or make coffee in the morning without going down to the kitchen. The house has free Wi-Fi internet.

The bedroom information lists 1 bed per room. If your group has more people than beds, ask the team about bedding before booking.

A saltwater pool and karaoke after 22:00

The pool uses a 95% saltwater and 5% chlorine system, measuring 9 × 5 meters and 1.2 meters deep, for a cooling soak in the afternoon before dinner.

The noise rule is no loud noise outside the house after 22:00. After that, turn the volume down and you can carry on with karaoke in the rooms all night.

An out-of-town stay near Map Prachan

The house is about 13 km from the sea but about 504 meters from Map Prachan Park Pathway, so you can head out for a morning stroll around the reservoir. The 7-Eleven Yaek Pong branch is about 593 meters away, and Khrua Wanit restaurant about 600 meters.

If you need to stock up on a lot of groceries, Lotus's Go Fresh Pong is about 1.7 km away. The house kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook your own meals.

Pets, charcoal and ice

The house accepts dogs at 500 baht per pet per night and cats at 300 baht per pet per night. Please bring your own pet bedding, put diapers on your pets and take them outside the house to relieve themselves, cleaning up properly afterwards.

Charcoal can be ordered from the house at 30 baht per bag and 10-kilogram sacks of ice at 50 baht per sack, and if you'd rather not wash up yourself, you can hire a housekeeper to do the dishes for 500–1,000 baht.
