A slide adults can enjoy too

The pool is 4 × 10 meters and 1.5 meters deep, fitted with a 3.5-meter slide that supports children and adults weighing up to 150 kilograms. The house also notes that the slide is currently installed.

Young children have a kids' pool 80 centimeters deep, separate from the main pool. Up to 3 children under 7 stay free.

Three bedrooms that sleep the whole group

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and a sofa bed, plus an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed and an extra 3.5-foot bed, plus an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3 has one 5-foot bed and an extra 3.5-foot bed, with the bathroom next to the room. Every bathroom has a water heater, and supplies include a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags.

Keep singing indoors after 22:00

The house has a YouTube karaoke system, and you can connect your phone to the TV screen or via Bluetooth. Noise is allowed outdoors until 22:00; after that, close the doors and carry on indoors.

Only small pets are accepted, at 300 baht per pet. Anyone planning to bring a large pet should ask first.

Kitchen, what to bring and parking

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, wine glasses, a chopping board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, a large ice bucket and a grill.

There are no seasonings, so please bring your own, and this house doesn't provide charcoal or ice, so buy them on the way. If you'd rather not clean or wash the dishes, service fees start from 500–1,500 baht.

There is parking for 1 car inside the property, 2 outside and several more elsewhere in the estate.
