A 12-meter saltwater pool and a poolside terrace

The saltwater pool is 4 × 12 meters, with a slide, an inflatable duck, swim rings and children's life jackets provided. By the pool there are sun loungers, and the breezy terrace in front of the pool has a dining table and chairs.

A charcoal grill can be set up outside. The house provides 2 free bags of charcoal for the grill and 6 large bottles of free drinking water.

Two bedrooms that sleep up to ten

Bedroom 1 has two 6-foot beds and one 3-foot bunk bed. Bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed. If you need extra sleeping space, the sofa in the living room folds out into a sofa bed that sleeps 2 more guests.

Both bedrooms and the living room have ceiling-mounted air conditioners with ceiling fans. Children under 7 years old stay free, up to 2 children, without extra beds.

Keep singing indoors after 22:00

The YouTube karaoke system comes with 2 microphones, speakers and disco lights, and the Smart TV (YouTube) connects to free Wi-Fi. No loud noise outdoors between 22:00 and 07:00.

After 22:00, outdoor speakers are not allowed, but noise is fine indoors; please close the doors properly. The house's double-glazed soundproof sliding glass doors help a lot.

Supplies for multi-night stays

The house has a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a drying rack and clothes hangers. The kitchen has a refrigerator, an electric stove, a rice cooker, a microwave, a toaster, pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a mortar, a wine cooler bucket, a wine opener and an ice cooler.

Ice can be ordered from 7-11, or large bags of ice are 50 baht per bag, and drinking water is 60 baht per pack. If you'd rather not wash the dishes, there is a 500–1,000 baht service charge.

The house lists the beaches near the property: Phra Tamnak Beach Soi 4 and Cosy Beach at 450 m, Phra Tamnak Beach at 850 m, and Dongtan Beach at 1.2 km. Pattaya Viewpoint is 850 m away, the Koh Larn ferry pier at Bali Hai 1.8 km, and the bus station for Suvarnabhumi Airport 2 km.
