Walk to the road down to Bang Saen Beach

The house is 1 km from the sea, and the road down to Bang Saen Beach at Soi 18 is about 240 meters away. Near the house there's Pa Wimon made-to-order food about 210 meters away, 7-Eleven about 240 meters, SAVE DRUG pharmacy (Burapha University) about 310 meters, a Siam Commercial Bank ATM about 360 meters, and a PTT gas station about 370 meters.

Back from the beach, the 7 × 3 meter pool is 1.2 and 0.6 meters deep, and the shallow end is comfortable for a soak. However, the house has no life jackets, so families with children should bring their own.

Three bedrooms, with a bunk bed for 3 guests

Bedroom 1 has two 5-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a 5-foot bed and uses the shared bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed that sleeps 3 guests and an en-suite bathroom.

Children up to 7 years old stay free, up to 2 children. Every room has a water heater, there is a Smart TV in 1 room, and supplies include a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags.

Grilling and singing at home

The kitchen has plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, wine glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, an ice bucket and a grill, but no seasonings, so please bring your own. The house states that grilling charcoal is free and drinking water is provided.

If you want to order more, charcoal is 50 baht per bag (orders until 17:00), ice is 100 baht per bag (10-kilogram bags, orders until 20:00), and the dishwashing fee starts at 500 baht (if you don't wash the dishes yourself).

With the YouTube karaoke system, noise is allowed outdoors until 22:00 and indoors 24 hours.
