A pool with a slide for the kids

The pool is 3 meters wide, 6 meters long and 1.3 meters deep, with a slide 5 meters long and 1.8 meters high for kids to whoosh into the water. The house has 1 children's life jacket and 1 adult life jacket.

The sea is about 550 meters away, but the house notes that swimming in the sea depends on the conditions each day. On some days the tide is high and you can swim; on others the water may be murky, depending on storms and sea winds.

Moo kata and shabu meals in the house

The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, a grill, a moo kata stove, a shabu pot, wine glasses and a 60-liter ice bucket. You need to bring your own seasonings.

Ice is 60 baht per bag (10 kg) and charcoal 30 baht per bag (3 hectograms), orderable until 18:00. Drinking water can be bought at the 7-11 near the house, just 200 meters away.

Dishwashing starts at 500 baht, and extra cleaning during your stay (if guests want it) starts at 500 baht per time. Both depend on the situation on site or on agreement with the housekeeper.

Four bedrooms and three bathrooms

Bedroom 1 has a 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed (one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed). Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have one 5-foot bed.

Besides the en-suite bathroom in Bedroom 1, there is a shared bathroom in the house and an outdoor bathroom. Every bathroom has a water heater.

The living room has 1 smart TV and an AIS Play Box karaoke system. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, while indoors it is allowed 24 hours.

Kids, services and what's around the house

2 children aged 0–5 stay free (no extra bed). Children aged 6–11 are 300 baht per night (no extra bed), and age 12 counts as 1 adult (extra mattress, 500 baht per night).

For stays of 3 nights or more, there is general cleaning and bed linen change service. 2 cars can park inside the house and another 6 outside.
