Sightseeing around the house in just a few minutes

The house information gives travel times of 3 minutes to Khao Chi Chan; 5 minutes to Ban Amphoe Beach, Nong Nooch Garden and the Columbia water park; and about 7 minutes to Ramayana Water Park, Ocean Marina, Good Old Sea and Papa Beach.

A little farther out are the Four Regions Floating Market at 8 minutes, Cave Beach Club at 10 minutes, and Jomtien Beach, Pupen restaurant and House of Benedict Cafe at about 15 minutes.

If you want seafood in the area, Preecha Seafood Ban Amphoe is about 7 minutes away, while near the house there's Nigiwai about 578 meters away and a 7-Eleven about 588 meters away.

Water toys for the kids

The house provides a fancy inflatable float and 4 children's life jackets for use in the pool, but the information does not state the pool size. If you want to know, it's best to ask the admin before booking.

3 children up to 7 years old stay free, sharing a bed with their parents.

Four bedrooms, two with bathtubs

Bedroom 3 (6-foot bed) and Bedroom 4 upstairs (5-foot and 3.5-foot beds) have en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs. Bedroom 2 has a 5-foot bed paired with a 3.5-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed and uses a shared bathroom. Every room has a water heater, along with shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

Pets, the kitchen and house rules

The house welcomes pets at 500 baht per pet per night. There is free WiFi and a smart TV for singing via YouTube.

The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a microwave, a kettle, a steamer, a steaming pot, a toaster, a mortar and a full set of utensils for cooking, but the house does not allow moo kata.

Ice is 70 baht per sack (minimum 2 sacks), charcoal 50 baht per bag, and drinking water 80 baht per pack of 12 bottles. 2 cars can park inside the house and 2–3 around the house.
