Traveling as a group, no worries about vehicles

The house can take a bus, and there's also parking for 1 car inside the gate and 2 more outside, so tour groups or company trips can get off right in front of the house.

The house sleeps 11 guests. If more people join, the extra guest fee is 1,000 baht per person, while children under 7 stay free (up to 2 children).

Easy room allocation, amenities ready

All five bedrooms have the same 6-foot beds and en-suite bathrooms, so the trip leader can hand out keys quickly without having to decide who gets the better room.

Every bathroom has hot water, and the house provides towels, soap, shampoo, a hair dryer, tissues and garbage bags, plus 2 bottles of drinking water per room, so group members don't need to bring bulky toiletries.

A living room for meetings or parties

The living room has a Smart TV that can be used for YouTube karaoke. In the evening, gather everyone indoors and keep the party going all night, while outdoor areas must be kept quiet from 22:00.

Outside there's a 3 × 10 meter pool, 130–150 cm deep, and a barbecue grill. Bring your own seasonings, and it's best to send someone to buy charcoal and ice yourselves, as having the house buy them costs a service fee of 100 baht per trip.
