From the house, it's about 148 meters on foot to Pak Nam Pho noodle shop, so breakfast on your first morning is sorted. The 7-Eleven, about 309 meters away, is handy for ice, snacks or the seasonings the kitchen doesn't provide.

Jomtien beach is about 400 meters from the house. In the evening, walk down for a swim in the sea, then come back and rinse off in the house's 3 × 10 meter pool, which is 130–150 cm deep.

Back from the beach, relax in your own room

Each bedroom has one 6-foot bed and a private bathroom with hot water, so you can wash the sand off in your own room without queuing for a shared bathroom.

Bedroom 5 on floor 2 has a balcony, while Bedroom 1 downstairs and Bedroom 3 upstairs face the pool. The living room has a Smart TV and YouTube karaoke for the evening.

Cars and bookings

There is parking for 1 car inside the grounds and 2 more outside, plus space for a bus, so once you arrive you barely need to move the car until you leave.
