An L-shaped pool with a separate kids' zone 0.6 meters deep
The L-shaped chlorine pool is 3 meters wide, 9 meters long and 1.2 meters deep, with a separate kids' zone 1 meter wide, 3 meters long and 0.6 meters deep. Little ones can play in the shallow end while older kids enjoy the 14.5-meter-long spiral slide.
Life jackets come in sizes XS–XL, from kids to adults, and children under 7 stay free, up to 2 of them.
The kids' bedroom and bed layout
Bedrooms 1 and 2 have a 6-foot bed and a 3.5-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom, with Bedroom 2 connecting to the hall. Bedroom 3 has a 6-foot bed and a bunk bed, with no en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 4 is set up as a kids' bedroom, with toys for children and an en-suite bathroom. The 5-foot bed has a padded cushion that can be converted into a sleeping mat for toddlers or adults (please let the house know in advance).
Soundproof rooms, but not a party house
Noise is allowed outdoors until 21:00, while indoors it is allowed all night, because the pool room and karaoke room are soundproofed and block 95% of the sound when the doors are fully closed. Karaoke runs on YouTube through the smart TV, with rechargeable JBL speakers and microphones.
That said, the house mainly welcomes families and isn't geared toward loud parties. In the evening there's an outdoor grill, an air fryer and a steamer to use, and the house provides 1 bag of barbecue charcoal, 1 large bag of ice, 12 bottles of drinking water, and coffee/Ovaltine.
