This house's highlight is that the sea is only about 250 meters away in the Na Jomtien Beach area, so in the evening when the sun softens you can stroll along the beach without arranging transport, then come back to relax at the house.
The house has a pool of about 7.5 × 3.5 meters, 1.2 meters deep. For less confident swimmers, the house provides 1 kids' life jacket, 1 adult life jacket, a swim ring and swim foam.
Seven bedrooms, each with its own bathroom
Bedroom 1 has two 6-foot beds, while Bedrooms 2 to 7 each have one 6-foot bed. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a smart TV and hot water, so anyone who wants to turn in early doesn't have to queue for the bathroom.
Bedrooms 3 and 6 each have a large bathtub, making them the two rooms to give the adults in the group who want a soak after coming back from the sea.
Bring your pets, under clear conditions
The house accepts pets weighing no more than 10 kilograms, limited to 2 pets at most, with a pet service fee of 500 baht each.
The rule you must follow is no pets on the beds, so guests should bring their pet's own bed and keep things clean when it comes to toileting throughout the stay.
