A deep pool for swimmers, a shallow pool for kids
The large pool measures 5 × 10 meters and is 1.5–1.9 meters deep. Strong swimmers will love it, but non-swimmers should take care. Young children have a separate kids' pool 30 cm deep, and the house has 1 child life jacket and 1 adult life jacket.
No bedroom opens onto the pool, so anyone who wants to watch the kids swim will need to sit out by the pool. The house is 1.5 km from Jomtien beach, and Jomtien Fishing Park is about 310 meters away.
Four bedrooms with shared bathrooms
Bedroom 2 is the only room with an en-suite bathroom, with one 6-foot bed and one 6-foot floor mattress. Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and shares the outside bathroom with the living room, and the house notes that Bedroom 1 has a bathtub.
Upstairs, Bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed, and Bedroom 4 has two 3.5-foot bunk beds and 1 set of 6-foot floor mattresses. These two rooms use the bathroom outside the rooms on the second floor.
First-day freebies, and electricity to know about
The house provides 2 bags of charcoal, 2 large bags of ice and 1 pack of drinking water. If you need more, charcoal is 50 baht a bag, ice 50 baht a bag (10 kilograms) and drinking water 50 baht a pack, orderable until 18:00.
100 units of electricity are included, with each extra unit charged at 7 baht. There are CCTV cameras at the front of the house and in the living room for guests' safety. There's 1 TV in the living room, and elsewhere you can watch YouTube through the AIS box.
