This house's selling point is the beach in front of it: white sand, no rocks and very clear sea water, good for activities. Walk across the lawn and you're on the sand.

The second floor has four more rooms. Bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed and a sea view. Bedrooms 4 and 5 each have two 5-foot beds and both have sea views. Bedroom 6 has two 5-foot beds.

Worth knowing before you assign rooms: Bedroom 5 has an en-suite bathroom, but for Bedrooms 3, 4 and 6 the bathroom is outside in front of the bedroom.

A lawn and party zone in front of the house

The common area has a lawn and a party zone in front of the house, with a dining table and a grill, so you can set up dinner by the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals.

As for cars, 3 can park inside the property and 3–4 more outside. If you need to buy anything, there's a 7-Eleven at the Bang Kao branch about 2.2 km away.
