The two ground-floor bedrooms suit older guests who'd rather not climb stairs, while the upstairs rooms can go to the rest of the group.

Chlorine pool, kitchen and distance to the sea

The house has a chlorine swimming pool, and Jomtien's sea is about 300 meters away. Nearby are Pak Nam Pho noodle shop about 160 meters away and a 7-Eleven about 320 meters away.

The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, an ice bucket, a grill and wine glasses, but please bring your own seasonings.
