A party house: pool table, disco lights, karaoke

The house is designed for groups of friends or families who come to party. Inside there's a pool table and disco lights, a karaoke set with speakers and a sound system that connects to YouTube, an LED TV with cable TV, air conditioning throughout and free Wi-Fi.

Noise is allowed outdoors until 9 p.m. (21:00); after that, carry on indoors with the doors closed. For long singing sessions, it's best to move indoors early in the evening.

A private pool and poolside barbecue

The private pool is 3 × 6 meters and 1.5 meters deep, with swim rings and balls to play with. You can set up the barbecue grill by the pool, so dinner can be grilled poolside.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has an ice bucket for chilling drinks. If you need more ice, you can order it from the house at 50 baht per bag.

Four bedrooms, two bathrooms

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed, bedroom 2 has a 5-foot bunk bed, bedroom 3 has a 6-foot bed and a 3.5-foot bunk bed, and bedroom 4 has a 3.5-foot bed. The house has 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite and 1 shared, with towels provided.

The house sleeps 10 guests, with a maximum of 15. Extra guests without extra bedding are charged 300 baht per person per night · Extra guests with extra bedding are charged 500 baht per person per night · Groups filling the house should plan a bathroom queue, as there are only 2.

Electricity, dogs and what's around the house

100 units of electricity are free; anything beyond that is charged at 6 baht per unit · Dogs are not allowed in the property; if you want to bring one, you must notify the house before your stay, otherwise there's a 5,000 baht fine.

The fresh market and Lotus's are just 100 meters from the house, so you can walk over for food. Attractions within 2 km include Rai Wanasin Market, Pipo Pony Farm and Pattaya Dolphinarium. The house's information states that Pattaya Beach is about 7 km away.

There's parking for 1 car inside the property and several in front of the house.
