Aqua Haven 2 is a three-bedroom house on the opposite side of the road from Jomtien Beach, sleeping up to 12 guests. Two of the bedrooms each have two 5-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom, ideal for groups of friends who pair up to sleep. In front of the house is a 4.7 × 10 meter pool with a slide, and there are wireless microphones for singing.

Bedrooms that divide neatly for a group of friends

Bedrooms 1 and 2 are set up identically, each with two 5-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom, so four friends in one room don't have to squeeze into one bed or step out of the room to use the bathroom.

Bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed and uses a separate bathroom, good for a couple or anyone who wants to sleep more comfortably. The house provides 10 towels per booking, so if all 12 guests come you may want to bring extra towels, and if you're worried about having enough beds, extra bedding sets are available at 500 baht per set.

A deep pool for swimmers, with a slide beside it

The pool measures 4.7 × 10 meters and is 1.75 meters deep, deep enough for confident swimmers to swim properly. The slide holds up to 80 kilograms, so heavier adults should check their weight before using it, and children who aren't strong swimmers should have an adult watching by the pool.

The house is 4.2 km from the sea, so it suits trips spent mainly at the house. In the evening you can pick up the wireless microphones and sing together, but loud noise outside the house must stop after 22:00.

A ready-to-use kitchen, but bring your own seasonings

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and an ice bucket, enough for cooking simple meals together. The house doesn't provide seasonings, so bring them from home.

If you want to light a grill, charcoal is sold at 40 baht a bag. Texas Chicken is about 130 meters away, and the 7-Eleven at the PTT Sukhumvit–Chaiyaphruek station is about 240 meters away, a short trip for anything you forgot.

Parking and pets

Parking fits 1 car inside the property and 2 in front of the house, plus a rear carport for 2 more, so groups driving several cars don't have to park far away.

The house accepts pets at 500 baht per pet per night, so the four-legged members of the group can come along too.

Good to know before you stay

No loud noise outdoors after 22:00

Check-out after 11:00 is charged a full day's fee
Kitchen equipment is free to use. When finished, please wash and put everything away. If you'd rather not clean up yourself, there's a 500 baht service fee.
If the house is left very dirty, an additional 500 baht cleaning fee will be charged
Please wear swimwear in the pool. If you don't have any, light clothing such as a T-shirt and shorts is fine.
No food or drinks in the pool. If food scraps fall into the pool and make the water cloudy or discolored, there's a 2,000 baht fine.
Date changes require 14 days' notice. Stays can be postponed by no more than 3 months, with a 1,000 baht rescheduling fee.
For damage to the premises or property, guests must pay the actual cost of the damage (the value of the items and labor)
The property accepts no responsibility for power or water outages caused by external systems, government agencies or natural disasters beyond its control.
