Assigning rooms floor by floor

Floor 1 has 6 bedrooms: bedrooms 1 to 4 each have two 3.5-foot beds, and bedrooms 5 and 6 each have one 6-foot bed. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, so older guests who'd rather avoid the stairs can take this floor.

Floor 2 has 7 bedrooms: bedrooms 7, 8, 12 and 13 each have two 3.5-foot beds, bedroom 9 has one 3.5-foot bed and one 6-foot bed, and bedrooms 10 and 11 each have one 6-foot bed. All have en-suite bathrooms, and there is also 1 common bathroom.

Extra bedding you set up yourself

The whole house is air-conditioned and uses key cards. Towels, soap and shampoo are provided. If your group needs extra bedding, note that the house won't bring it into the rooms for you: the bedding sets are left in the hall, and guests can take them to whichever rooms they like.

Do not exceed the number of guests you declared, so count everyone when you book.

A big pool for a big crowd

The pool is 11 × 20 meters; the main pool is 90–180 cm deep and the kids' pool 65 cm deep. Lots of people can swim at once without crowding, but make the most of it from afternoon to early evening, as loud noise outside is allowed only until 21.30. After that, no loud noise outside or around the pool.

The house speaker is in the living room and must not be moved from its place there. Fancy pool floats are available to use, but if one bursts or is damaged there is a 1,000 baht fine (2,000 baht for a large one). If you bring a dog or cat, pets are not allowed in the pool.

40 sets of tableware and freebies on arrival

The kitchen has 40 sets of plates and bowls, cutlery and glasses, 2 sets each of pots and pans, a microwave, a kettle, a gas stove, a fridge, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, and 1 charcoal barbecue grill.

On arrival the house gives you 2 free bags of charcoal and 1 pack of drinking water (12 bottles). If that's not enough you can order more: ice is 100 baht per bag, charcoal 50 baht per bag and drinking water 60 baht per pack. After eating, please wash every piece of kitchen equipment, plate, bowl and glass and put everything back in its place. If that's inconvenient, a housekeeper can wash up for a fee of 500–1,000 baht.

Pets, the deposit and check-out day

Dogs and cats are welcome at 500 baht per pet per night. Besides staying out of the pool, pets are not allowed on beds, sofas or tables. Guests must take care of urine, waste and all household items; violations carry a minimum fine of 1,000 baht. Near the house are a Government Savings Bank about 119 meters away and Boots Little Walk Pattaya about 175 meters away.

The 6,000 baht security deposit is refunded on check-out day if nothing is damaged. Lost or damaged house keys or key cards cost 300–500 baht. During your stay, smoking inside the house is not allowed, and no drugs of any kind may be brought into the house.

Check out before 11:00. Late check-out costs 1,000 baht per hour (part of an hour is rounded up to 1 hour). Please state the guests' nationality when you first inquire, as for foreign guests the house will prepare English documents to sign before the stay.

For meals you don't want to cook, Loma Shabu (Little Walk Pattaya) is about 170 meters away, and Deo Dental Clinic is about 129 meters away. There is parking for 4 cars inside and 7 outside, 11 in total.
