Open the door and there's the sea

The house describes itself as a luxury villa on a private beach in Sam Roi Yot, Prachuap Khiri Khan, with a Koh Phangan-like atmosphere but only 4 hours from Bangkok. Open the door and you're facing the sea, with a private infinity pool taking in a 180-degree sea view, right on the beach with nothing in the way.

The pool is 3 meters wide, 6 meters long and 130 centimeters deep, just the right size for a soak and photos with the sea behind you.

Floating breakfast, and barbecue in the evening

The Floating Breakfast, a breakfast tray that floats in the pool, suits 2–4 guests. There's a small set for 1,200 baht and a large set for 1,500 baht, arranged as appropriate. Please order 1 day in advance.

In the evening you can use the barbecue (BBQ) grill. The house gives 1 free set of charcoal, and if that's not enough you can buy more at 40 baht per bag. Ice is 140 baht per sack. The kitchen has pans, pots, plates, bowls, a microwave, a kettle, a fridge, a mortar and pestle, a cutting board and knives.

Don't forget to wash the dishes after using the kitchen, as there's a 1,000 baht dishwashing fine.

Two bedrooms and the supplies provided

The beds are two 5-foot beds and two 6-foot beds, and every room has an en-suite bathroom.

Supplies include a full set of towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer and Free Wi-Fi. Up to 2 young children aged 7 stay free.

Around Sam Roi Yot Beach

Thai Thai restaurant is about 30 meters away, while 7-Eleven Phu Noi branch and Ying Ruay Market are about 1.9 km away. Khao Din So viewpoint is about 2.4 km away.

The house accepts small-breed dogs at 500 baht per dog. Parking for 1 car inside and 1–2 cars outside.
