A house for groups arriving by bus

Parking is what sets this house apart from typical villas: there's room for 4–5 buses, 6 cars in front of the house and 2 more inside the property, so tour groups or company groups arriving in large vehicles don't have to worry about parking.

The house is on the side opposite Krathing Lai Beach, about 7 km from the sea. CJ More convenience store (Nong Ket Yai Soi 12 branch) is about 639 meters away, and Neramit Park Pattaya about 775 meters.

An 11-meter-long pool and bedrooms overlooking it

The pool is 5 × 11 meters with a depth of 80–160 cm, and there are 2 children's life jackets. Children under 8 years old stay free, up to 4 children.

Bedroom 1 overlooks the swimming pool and has one 6-foot bed and two 5-foot beds, with room for extra mattresses for 2 guests, plus an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Bedroom 3 also has a pool view, with one 6-foot bed, one 5-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The remaining bedrooms and shared bathrooms

Bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed and uses the shared bathroom. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are at the front of the house, each with one 5-foot bed, and use the outdoor bathroom.

The hall has 1 Smart TV and a YouTube karaoke system, and the house has 2 water heaters. Supplies include a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap and garbage bags.

Rules and fines to know before booking

Smoking inside the house carries a 5,000 baht fine. If you bring in outsiders without notifying the house in advance, the house will impose a fine and immediately charge 1,000 baht per extra person. Charging electric vehicles is not allowed.

Renters must look after the house and equipment as if they were the owners, and are responsible for any damage they cause.

The house's information lists outdoor noise hours in two ways: until midnight, and no noise after 22:00. Indoors, noise is allowed all night. Groups planning to party outside should confirm before their stay.

Kitchen, fees and cleaning

The kitchen has an electric kettle, a microwave, a rice cooker, a pot, a pan, glasses, bowls and 2 ice buckets (20 liters and 30 liters), but no seasonings, so bring your own.

You can buy extras: ice is 150 baht for 3 bags (30 kg), charcoal is 30 baht per bag and drinking water is 30 baht per pack. The shop selling charcoal and ice is open until 20:00. Kitchenware should be washed after use; if that's inconvenient, a service is available, with the house information listing the dishwashing fee as both 400 baht and 500 baht.

Stays of 3 nights or more include cleaning, or you can request daytime cleaning for a 300 baht fee. While the housekeeper is working, please put away your belongings and valuables.
