RJ Pool Villa: sleeps up to 30 · unlimited free charcoal, parking for 5 cars inside

RJ Pool Villa is a three-story house on the North Pattaya side that takes large groups of 20–30 guests. Every bedroom has 6-foot beds, the pool is 10 meters wide with a jacuzzi tub, and the house gives you unlimited free charcoal. Around the house there are restaurants, a Mini Big C, a pharmacy and a gas station, all less than 100 meters away.

Three floors for a big group

Bedroom 1 is on the 1st floor with one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd floor has Bedroom 2, with as many as 3 six-foot beds, and Bedroom 3 with two 6-foot beds; both rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

The 3rd floor has Bedrooms 4 and 5, each with two 6-foot beds. This floor has 1 separate bathroom on the 3rd floor, and there is 1 more separate bathroom on the ground floor by the parking area for rinsing off after the pool.

A 10-meter-wide pool and a jacuzzi tub

The pool is 10 meters wide, 8 meters long and 1.3 meters deep, with enough water area for lots of people to get in at once. The house also has 1 jacuzzi tub for a relaxing soak away from the splashing.

Charcoal is free and unlimited, so you can barbecue round after round. Ice is 50 baht for 10 kg. The kitchen has a gas stove and all the basic equipment, including a mortar and pestle.

Speakers in the house, and noise hours

The house has a Smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker for the group's music. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00; after that, move indoors and you can carry on all night.

The house has air conditioning and water heaters, plus towels, shower gel and shampoo.

Everything right at the entrance to the street

Hi Seng restaurant is about 52 meters away, Mini Big C about 55 meters, and TA Health&Drug pharmacy and the Bangchak North Pattaya gas station about 72 meters. The Thanachart Bank North Pattaya Road branch is about 157 meters away.

There is parking for 5 cars inside and 4 more in front of the house. The sea is about 4.9 km away, so this house is best suited to partying at home.
