A long glass-walled pool at a beachfront house

The house sits right on the sea in Cha-am. The swimming pool is 30 meters long, 3 meters wide and 120 centimeters deep, with a clear acrylic glass pool wall, and it's long enough to swim laps back and forth.

The house has 10 children's life jackets and 10 adult life jackets, and the special services at no charge are 2 stand-up paddle boards (SUP boards) and 1 kayak.

Seven bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom

Bedrooms 1 to 4 each have one 6-foot bed (2 guests), while bedrooms 5, 6 and 7 each have two 5-foot beds (4 guests). Every room has an en-suite bathroom and a water heater.

Amenities provided include a hair dryer, towels, shower cream, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags, and for stays of more than 1 night, house cleaning is provided free of charge.

Karaoke, charcoal, ice and the Puchak market near the house

The karaoke room has 1 smart TV with YouTube-based karaoke. Moderate volume indoors is fine at any time, while moderate volume outdoors is allowed until 22:00.

The house provides 5 bags of charcoal and 2 sacks of ice at no charge, and the kitchen is fully equipped. If you want seafood to grill, the Puchak seafood market is about 500 meters away. The house is also near the well-known restaurant Krua Khai Muk, and there's a 7-Eleven about 850 meters away.

7–8 cars can park inside the property, and buses can park too, convenient for groups traveling together in a chartered vehicle. The house accepts pets at 500 baht per pet per night.
