Eight bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom

Bedrooms 1 to 4 each have one 6-foot bed for 2 guests, bedrooms 5 to 7 each have two 6-foot beds for 4 guests, and bedroom 8 also has two 6-foot beds.

Every room has an en-suite bathroom, so a group of dozens doesn't have to take turns with a shared bathroom. If there are more people than beds, the house can provide extra mattresses for 6 more guests.

A 14-meter pool and a separate kids' pool

The swimming pool measures 3 × 14 meters and is 1.2 meters deep, long enough for adults to swim back and forth, while young children have a separate kids' pool 50 centimeters deep.

Besides the pool at the house, the house is right on the sea, so on days you want a change of scene, you don't have to drive anywhere.

Amenities, parking and pets

The amenities provided are towels, shower cream, shampoo and a hair dryer. The house says the kitchen is fully equipped, and 7–8 cars can park inside the property.

This house accepts pets at 500 baht per pet per night, extra guests are charged 500 baht per person, and there is a 10,000 baht security deposit.

Seafood restaurants and markets around the house

Wiw Thale Seafood restaurant is about 97 meters from the house, the Puchak seafood market about 457 meters, and 7-Eleven about 1 km away. For dinner, you can go out to a restaurant or buy seafood to bring back and cook yourselves.
